No, the festival's special colours have been tested and legally approved by ISO, ensuring their safety and compliance for use and distribution. -

Is there a specific dress code?
Answer
No, there isn't! We suggest wearing white clothes because colours look vibrant on them. -

What should I bring with me?
Answer
We recommend bringing sun protection such as a hat and sunscreen, and wearing comfortable clothes. -

Is there anything I shouldn’t bring with me?
Answer
For safety reasons, please refrain from bringing sharp objects and alcoholic drinks. The festival grounds have bars for refreshments, food vendors, and souvenir stalls. -

Can I bring my camera?
Answer
You can use your phone, digital cameras, and GoPros freely. Permission is required for SLR and DSLR cameras;please email info@colourfestival.netfor approval.

Where can I find more bags of colour?
Answer
Your ticket includes one bag of colour. Additional bags can be found at Colour Stations located throughout the festival grounds. -

Will there be food and drinks at the Festival?

Yes! The festival's bar offers a variety of beverages and snacks for a delightful break. -

Is there a refund in case I am not able to attend?
Answer
Unfortunately, no refunds are available. We encourage you to resell your ticket to a friend. -

What time does the event end?
Answer
The fun doesn't stop till late! Kids' event END at 6PM.
We reserve the right to refuse admission or escort individuals off the property for improper conduct.
Colour powders may stain hair and clothes. Shake out excess powder before washing to minimize staining.
Avoid throwing colours into eyes or mouth. Use bandanas, sunglasses, and dust masks for eye and mouth protection, especially for those with asthma or allergies.
Contacts should not be worn during the festival.
Only purchase colour from approved vendors; illegal products will be confiscated.
Respect performers, musicians, and emergency responders; do not throw colours at passing cars or uniforms.
Newcomers and those with health concerns should stay to the edges of the crowd initially.
Children should be supervised and protected during colour throwing activities.
Ask Permission: Politely ask before decorating someone's face or recoloring their hair.
Dance and Chant: Enjoy the music and celebrate with dancing and chanting.
Handle Crowd Surfers: Guide crowd surfers gently to ensure their safe landing, passing them from front to back for visibility.
Hug with Consent: Embrace others with their permission.
Boo Early Colour Throwers: Playfully boo those who throw colours before the countdown ends.
Respect Personal Space: Respect boundaries and avoid moshing (violent dancing).
Assist Security: Inform security about intoxicated festival-goers for their safety.
Help Lost Children: Guide lost children to the Lost & Found area, which is also for people.
Keep It Clean: Assist in keeping the festival grounds tidy by picking up trash.
Bring Outside Colours/Food/Drinks: These items will be confiscated upon entry.
Attend Intoxicated: Stay sober to enjoy the festival safely and respectfully.
Engage in Moshing: Avoid aggressive dancing that could harm others.
Throw Crowd Surfers: Refrain from tossing crowd surfers into the air.
Throw Colours Directly: Avoid throwing colours close, hard, or directly into eyes and mouth.
Throw Colours Early: Wait until the countdown ends before beginning to throw colours.
